Description
With 12 invited lecturers from Africa, Europe, USA, and Cuba, all with great experience and practice in the field of Nuclear Oncology, and especially in PET-CT and SPECT-CT techniques the congress was held. The main topics are: principles of SPECT/CT and PET/CT; radiopharmaceutical for SPECT/CT; new radiopharmaceutical for PET/CT studies; PET/CT in lung cancer, thyroid, melanoma, lymphoma, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, genital-urinary and head and neck cancer; new Cuban biomolecules that could be potentially be labeled with positron emitters; PET/CT with Galio-68 in neuroendocrine tumors and SPECT/CT in bone tumors
