A dc discharge characteristic in a magnetic multipole plasma device

  • 1. Yamanashi Univ., Kofu (Japan). Faculty of Education

Description

A dc discharge in a magnetic multipole plasma device is studied. The relation between the discharge current and voltage shows an ac negative resistance. Though a low frequency oscillation produced by that effect is observed, it is suppressed easily by controlling the discharge circuit. (orig.)
