Description
A site-specific earthquake response study was conducted for the US Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS), located near Portsmouth, Ohio, to provide guidance for the seismic safety analysis and future design of structures and facilities there. The methods used for this study generally follow widely-accepted and validated practices of the geotechnical earthquake engineering profession as documented in professional literature
