Ge0,98Te-GeSe system and ternary compounds GeSe0,75Te0,25

Description

Polythermal cross section Ge0,98Te-GeSe is plotted with respect to deviation from stoichiometry in germanium monoselenide and existence of a ternary compound ε in this system. Temperatures of monovariant peritectoid reactions of ternary compound and α-GeTe formation are determined. Thermal expansion coefficient elastic modules and electrical properties of GeSe0,75Te0,25 ternary compound are measured at 300 K. It is shown that GeSe0,75Te0,25 can be considered as A6B6 pseudocompound, evidently similar to germanium telluride in its nature
