Study of Y-Ba-Cu-O films by biharmonical pumping

Description

Data on the first experimental investigations into thin YBa2Cu3O7-x films using biharmonical pumping are given. Experiments on metallic films (Ni) are given for comparison. Formation of specific ''through'' depending on efficiency of self-diffraction process on frequency unbalancing of pumping components at phase transition is predicted and detected for YBa2Cu3O7-x films. Value of the upper boundary constituties 50 cm-1 and it correlates with width of energy slit within the spectrum of electron states measured by other authors. Dispersion curves of all investigated specimens are determined under resistive state to be of simular type and to have central peak (efficiency of the process is about 10-7) and wide wings (10-9) with phonon resonances. Phonon modes with 120, 335 and 580 cm-1 frequencies are identified in YBa2Cu3O7-x
