Choice of irradiated diamond annealing modes
- 1. Troitskij Inst. Innovatsionnykh i Termoyadernykh Issledovanij, Troitsk (Russian Federation)
Description
The purpose of this work consists in presenting the diamond graphitization mode and solving the task on minimization in the choice of annealing modes for T < 2000 K, i. e. indetermining the residual air maximum pressure by the assigned temperature and time. Increase of impossibility of obtaining the ∼ 10-6 Torr for annealing the diamonds defects at high temperatures, the annealing is carried out by parameters, not exceeding the graphitization curve (5 · 10-6), followed by the samples etching in the H2SO4 · K2Cr2O7 solution at the temperature of 200 deg C during 10-15 min, since the diamond itself does not etch at such a temperature
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
