Kinetics of thin oxide film growth on α-iron

Description
Results of (Fr3O4+Fe2O3)-oxide film growth kinetics study within Fe+2e ions transfer field by electric field and transition in diffusion control field are presented. It is defined, that dependence of film thickness from oxidation time is described by logarithmic function, while by Kabrer and Mott theory parabolic law of growth follows
