Determination of lithium and boron atom position in La2-xScxCuO4 and Nd2-xCexCuO4 monocrystals
Description
Nuclear physical methods and channeling were used to study structure and properties of La2-xScxCuO4 and Nd2-xCexCuO4 monocrystals. Properties of crystal matrix, behaviour of Li cation addition and B anion addition were investigated. Concentration of impurity Li and B atoms was determined by 7Li(p, α)4He and 11B(p, α)8Be nuclear reactions. 3 figs
