On anisotropy of the coupling constant in superconductor model with singular points near the Fermi surface

Description

The role of the coupling constant anisotropy under the effect of nonmagnetic impurities on Tc behaviour is studied using a HTSC model when rather high values of Tc transition temperature are realized due to the increase of state density near the Fermi surface. This model is shown to be more sensitive to the impurities in contrast to BCS model. The anisotropy of superconducting gap and the possibility of its reduction to zero in some points at the Fermi surface resulting from coupling various type manifest themselves in the stability of the superconducting phase as to the effect of the impurities
