Description

This paper describes the transformation from single project management to multi-project matrix management in Fast reactor institute of research and design. The multi-project management institutional system was established appropriate system by introducing and internalizing multi-project management method based on Integrated Product Development (IPD). Through continuous exploration and practice of process analysis, project planning and performance appraisal project management level has been significantly improved, and this provides a solid foundation for the management information application.
