Description
Using the methods of x-ray diffraction analysis, electron microscopy and electron diffraction a study is made into the structure and phase composition of TiNi-TiCu alloys produced by melt spinning. Crystal structures of the alloys are determined both in high temperature austenitic and martensitic states. Temperature-concentration dependences are established for lattices parameters. The phase diagram of direct and reverse martensitic transformations is built. The behaviour of crystal structure in the alloys under thermal cycling is investigated
