Comparative study of brain perfusion spect with 99mTc-(d, 1) HM-PAO
Description
The comparative study of brain perfusion SPECT with 99mTc-(d, 1) HM-PAO made by the Department of Nuclear Medicine, Shanghai Meical University was described. The results demonstrated that the organ distribution of rats and the SPECT ratio analysis of 10 patients with these two 99mTc-(d, 1) HMPAO were very similar. The mean value was about 1 and the standard error was less than 10%. The brain uptake of 99mTc-(d, 1) HMPAO after injection was very high (about 2.00 +- 0.26 ∼ 2.49 +- 0.16%), with a fixed distribution for 4 hours. There was no significant difference (1.70 +- 0.16 ∼ 2.08 +- 0.11%) in comparison with Amersham Ceretec control
