Implementation status and improvement of knowledge management in nuclear design institute

Description

As a typical knowledge-intensive work, nuclear power R and D design can enhance the R and D strength of enterprises with the integration of knowledge management. At present, the Nuclear Design Institute has implemented a knowledge management project, and has built a model of 'collecting, gathering, managing, and using' knowledge, and initially realized the assetization and explicitization of enterprise knowledge, but from the aspects of content management, system function, and cultural creation. There is also room for improvement. Taking a nuclear design institute as an example, this paper summarizes the current situation of the construction, collection and reuse of knowledge systems, and puts forward the problems of unreasonable knowledge system construction, lack of knowledge extraction, and limited knowledge reuse. At the same time, it proposes specific improvement measures from the top management, system framework, application mode and operation mechanism of knowledge management. Finally, it is recommended to guarantee a good cultural atmosphere through incentive mechanism and gradually promote the in-depth application of knowledge management on the design side. (authors)
