Major characteristics of interactions in production and decay of neutral heavy lepton

Description
Possible mechanisms of production and decay of the neutral heavy lepton M0 with a muonic number are considered. The cross section of M0 production in neutrino-nucleon collisions and the weak interaction coupling constant are estimated assuming that the nondiagonal neutral leptonic current (anti νsub(μ)Msup(0)) and the quark current produced by usual and heavy quarks exist. It is shown that the event observed in the SKAT neutrino experiment can be interpreted in a consistent way as prodaction and decay of the heavy lepton M0
