Prospective technology of fabrication of blade billets for NPS steam turbines
Description
A processing procedure of the fabrication of blade billets for NPP steam turbines is considered. The technology peculiarities are shown, the 20Kh13, 15Kh11MFSh steel billets manufactured in the country being examplified. Hystograms of the distribution of properties of heat-treated billets are presented as compared to the technical requirements. Perspectives of further improvement of technology are determined, which will favour the solution of one of the main problems of power engineering, i.e. the manufacture of the powerful turbines for nuclear energetics
