In their different versions (two concerning electric power, and one concerning natural gas), these guides first describe the operation of the electric power (and natural gas) sector, and the impacts on electric power public procurement: presentation of the electric power (and natural gas) as an open market, presents the law applicable to the public procurement of electricity (natural gas), and choices and works to be made when preparing the procurement. They also present examples of approaches and documents used within the framework of adapted procedures, depending on the amount of the procurement. They also present examples of documents within the framework of a call for tender (technical and special conditions, tender rules, tender document)
