Production of HTSC films by ion sputtering
Description
Production of HTSC films is a classic problem of synthesis of a multicomponent homogenous film complicated by the high chemical activity of the individual component and large differences in the tensions of their vapours. For HTSC films of different systems this problem is solved using laser, magnetron, molecular-epitaxial, layer, and other deposition methods
