Automatic translation: Since 1986, the Institute of Immunology has been monitoring the health and immune status (IS) of persons who took part in the elimination of the consequences of the radiation catastrophe in Chernobyl. Over a 30-year period, a large contingent of liquidators from different regions, personnel of the 30-km zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the adult population of radionuclide-contaminated territories (ZRT) of the Bryansk region have been examined. We present the main results and patterns.

С 1986 г. в Институте иммунологии проводится мониторинг за состоянием здоровья и иммунного статуса (ИС) лиц, принимавших участие в ликвидации последствий радиационной катастрофы в Чернобыле. За 30-летний период обследован большой контингент ликвидаторов из разных регионов, персонал 30-км зоны ЧАЭС, взрослое население загрязненных радионуклидами территорий (ЗРТ) Брянской области.
