Electroexcitation of the nucleus 16O with coincidence detection of the electron and the secondary particles

Description

The cross section d4 sigma/dE/sub e/dΩ/sub e/dE/sub c/dΩ/sub c/ has been measured in the reaction 16O(e,e'c), where c represents charged particles. An ultrathin internal target was used in an electron storage ring. Coincidences with secondary particles emitted along and opposite the direction of the momentum transfer were detected
