A computer program for analysing multi-component decay curves to take account of correction for decay during the measuring interval

Description
According to the formula for converting decay count into counting rate of the initial point in the measuring interval, an iterative method and a program for analysing multi-component decay curves with correction for decay during the counting interval have been designed. The proposed program has been used successfully to analyse artificial decay curves and experimental decay curves. The comparison with conventional method shows that the present method gives satisfactory results
