Generation mechanism of zinc oxide luminescence in YBa2Cu3O7-x superconducting ceramics

Description
Narrow bands are detected in YBa2Cu3O7-x ceramics luminescence spectrum UV-region. Conditions for the occurrence of much bands are investigated. The results are explained by the initiation of laser generation on zinc oxide monocrystals, produced under HTSC ceramics synthesis. The proposed wave-quiding model of a superconducting laser allows one to cenderstand the observed spectrum structure and evaluate geometric size of microcrystals
