Description
Phosphate precipitation process was developed for monovalent nuclides. The process includes magnesium addition, providing precipitation of rubidium and cesium along with phosphates of di- and polyvalent ions as poorly soluble salts Cs(Rb)MgPO4·6H2O. Additional effect is attained by adding small amounts (235 mg/l of stable cesium and rubidium). Introduction of 300 mg/l MgO and equivalent amount of phosphate in LRW containing 45 500 Bq/l 137Cs provides 90 % removal of 137Cs
Abstract (Russian)
Разработан процесс фосфатного осаждения одновалентных нуклидов. Процесс включает введение в раствор ионов магния, при этом совместно с фосфатами двух- и многовалентных ионов происходит осаждение одновалентных рубидия и цезия в виде малорастворимфх солей Cs(Rb)MgPO4·6H2O. Дополнительный эффект дает введение небольших количеств цезия и рубидия в количестве 2-5 мг на 1 л раствора. Для ЖРО, содержащих 45 500 Бк/л, введение 300мг/л MgO и эквивалентного количества фосфат-ионов дает 90 %-ную очистку от 137CsAdditional details
