The contractions of the quantum unitary groups SUq(n + 1) are regarded as a the Hopf algebras of the noncommutative functions with dual variables. The commutative relations, antipode and co-product are given. The contractions of SUq(2) and SUq(3) groups are presented in details. 5 refs
