Comparison of 08kp steel anodic behaviour in Zn-sulfate, nitrate and monophosphate solutions doped with NaNO2

Description
Anodic behaviour of 08kp steel in some model solutions containing sulfate-, nitrate- and phosphate-ions both without and with nitrite additions is considered. The obtained data may be interpreted at the assumption of competing influence of two effects, that is surface passivation with nitrates and nitrites and their participation in the elementary reaction of iron ionization
