Description

A journey as a common thread of the investigation, supposes the finding of a classical geometry in a Louis I. Kahn totally unconnected to the modern movement of the early 20th century. The discovery of a series of buildings of timeless character which were shown as monuments, as if from a ruin they were treated. They remain exactly in the same location of nature for centuries. A House. A Museum. A Library. A journey to the past, to antiquity. In short, the discovery of the classical city of Rome in the United States. The second guiding thread is the geometry representation, the connection of the canopy of stars with the vary in size, and the connection with different buildings representation. The modern geometry of Boullée and the classic geometry of Kahn have a connection of transition-repetition areas, with a specific function, between the outside and the inside building
