Description
The instruments and techniques used in nuclear medicine are described. The first part, devoted to particle detectors, covers only the scintillation detectors of γ-rays emitted by radionuclides commonly used in nuclear medicine, together with their electronic equipment. This is followed by a section on gamma spectrometry, scintigraphic examinations carried out with the conventional scintigraph or ''scanner'' and the scintillation camera, whole-body counting and autoradiography

On a decrit a la fois l'instrumentation et les differentes techniques utilisees en Medecine Nucleaire. Tout d'abord, les detecteurs de particules en se bornant a la description des detecteurs a scintillation de rayons γ emis par les radionucleides couramment utilises en Medecine Nucleaire. On a decrit egalement l'electronique associee a ces detecteurs. Puis la spectrometrie gamma.
