Nondestructive assays of 235U, 236U, 273Np and 238U in spent IRT-3M fuel assemblies

Description
An improved method of nondestructive assay of the gamma spectra, obtained after repeated neutron irradiation of the spent fuel assemblies of the IRT-3M reactor is described. The gamma spectra obtained permit to observe and estimate the 236U, 237Np and 238U content in the spent fuel assemblies. Possibilities of the developed method are described

Описывается усовершенствованный метод неразрушающего анализа гамма-спектров, полученных после повторного нейтронного облучения отработавших ТВС реактора ИРТ-3М.
