Description

Present article is devoted to thermal expansion of Yb14MNSB11 and its solid solutions of Eb14-xLUxMNSB11 type. The monocrystals of new phases were grown by means of flux method. The thermal expansion coefficients were measured. The Debye temperatures were calculated. The mean-square displacements in crystal were calculated as well.
