Electron-stimulated order-disorder transition at the Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O (001) surface
Description
The electron-stimulated order-disorder transition at the (001) Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox surface has been observed by LEED. The efficiency of electron bombardment depends on the electron energy. The dependence has a strong structure which looks like a resonant dip at energy ≅ 110 eV. (orig.)
