Description

In the framework of the SO(1,3)-Yang-Mills gauge theory of gravity, the gravitational gauge field for a non-interacting homogeneous and isotropic matter distribution decouples in the high energy limit (the 'asymptotic freedom of gravity'). In this limit, the gauge field equations have non-trivial and completely regular solutions, called 'cosmons'; their form and physical interpretation is discussed. (Auth.)
