Description
A method for manufacturing Cu2SnS3 films for use in solar cell devices is proposed. The two-stage synthesis procedure includes the deposition of a metal layer of copper and tin of a given composition with the following annealing in sulfur vapor. Using the methods of X-ray microanalysis and X-ray phase analysis the possibility of Cu2SnS3 layer synthesis of the homogeneous in phase composition is shown

Предложен способ изготовления Cu2SnS3 пленок для применения в устройствах солнечных элементов. Двухстадийная методика синтеза включает напыление металлического слоя из меди и олова заданного состава с последующим отжигом в парах серы. Методами рентгеноспектрального микроанализа и рентгенофазового анализа показана возможность синтеза однородного по фазовому составу слоя Cu2SnS3Additional details
