QCD fragmentation of heavy quarks into baryons in the quark-diquark model

Description
The fragmentation functions for the transitions of heavy c and b quarks into doubly heavy spin-1/2 and spin-3/2 baryons are obtained on the basis of nonrelativistic QCD and the quark-diquark model of baryons. The yields and the shape of the energy spectra of cc and bc baryons at the Z0 boson peak are predicted for the LEP e+e- collider
