Description
Isotope shifts have been measured of the K/sub αl/ x-ray lines emitted after photo ionization of 204Pb, 206Pb, 207Pb and 208Pb samples. The results are compared with theoretical values for delta < r2> calculated with a microscopic model. The x-ray shift data are also compared with optical data and the nuclear parameters lambda derived from electron scattering results
