Phase formation in TiO-ZrO system under usual and thermobaric conditions
Description
Phase formation in the TiO-ZrO system and partially in the TiO2-ZrO2 system at 1500-1600 deg C under usual (p=1 atm) and very high pressure (p=7.74 GPa) conditions is studied. Formation of five phases: two cubic (K1, K2), two hexagonal (G1, G2) and one monoclinic (M) - is established. All of them represent solid solutions. Phase K1 with structure vacancies in both sublattices is not succeeded to be obtained in a pure form. It is supposed that it exists at high temperatures
