Decree of the 13 December 2016 defining the conditions of the additional remuneration of electricity produced by electricity production installations using wind mechanical energy

This French decree defines the conditions to benefit from the additional remuneration for electric power production installations using wind mechanical energy, as well as conditions and calculation of this additional remuneration. Thus, it indicates the concerned producers and installations, how to benefit from a contract of additional, remuneration and the content of the request, the possibilities of modification of the contract, the content of the contract, and some other various arrangements regarding the conditions of application of the contract. An appendix defines and explains how the remuneration is calculated
