Description

The determination of chloramphenicol residues in animal tissues and eggs by high performance liquid chromatography followed by radioimmunological detection (HPLC-RIA) is described. The method is suited for the verification of positive results ≥1 μg/kg obtained from prescreening with a radioimmunoassay. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Der Nachweis von Chloramphenicol-Rueckstaenden in tierischem Gewebe und Eiern durch Hochleistungsfluessigchromatographie mit anschliessendem radioimmunologischem Nachweis wird beschrieben. Die Methode ist zur Absicherung positiver Ergebnisse ab 1 μg/kg, die durch Vorpruefung mit einem Radioimmunotest erhalten wurden, geeignet. (orig.)
