Estimates of relative yields of strange baryons and antibaryons from pp and pA interactions

Description
The relative production rates of (multi-)strange baryons and antibaryons in heavy ion collisions are expected to be sensitive signals of quark-gluon plasma formation. They have to be compared to the corresponding quantities from pp and pA collisions which are evaluated here. copyright 1995 American Institute of Physics
