Trying of high pressure water rinsing for cavity with RF accessories

Description
The cavity performance degradation by the horizontal cavity assembly might be due to the particle contamination from the RF accessories which are attached on the cavities in this assembly. If it is a right consideration, high pressure water rinsing to the whole cavities with RF accessories could be a good way. Therefore, we tried this kind of rinsing for L-band niobium single cell cavities. This experiment is still continued but here we present some preliminary results. (author)
