Complexes of nitrates and perchlorates of transition metals with 3,5-dimethyl pyrazole

Description

Crystal complexes of perchlorates and nitrates of Co(2), Ni(2), Cu(2), Cd(2), Zn(2) with 3.5-dimethyl pyrazole (L) with ML4A2 common formula have been synthesized and studied by electron spectra, X-ray phase analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The central atom in CuL4(ClO4)2, Ni(ClO4)2x2H2O and in all metal nitrate compounds with L coordinates anions, as well as ligand molecules through nitrogen atoms, which are not bound with hydrogen. These complexes have tetragonal-distorted octahedron structure. Anions are not coordinated in L compounds with Co(2), Zn(2), Cd(2) perchlorates and complexes have tetrahedron structure
