Proceedings of the symposium of radiation chemistry and technology, Karpacz 17-21 September 1996
Description
The review of actual activities in radiation chemistry and technologies has been performed during the conference. The new results concerning the radiolysis of different organic and inorganic systems have been presented and discussed. The radiation induced reactions, unstable radiolysis products (radicals, trapped electrons, ions etc., their reactions with matrix and different additives have been investigated by means of modern fast analytical methods as pulse radiolysis, ESR, spin echo etc. The studies on radiation technologies especially concerned combustion flue gas treatment by electron beams have been performed and discussed. Totally 28 lectures and 14 posters have been presented in the course of seminar
