Description

In nuclear astrophysics, one of the most important problem is the difference between the theoretical standard big bang nucleosynthesis (SBBN) results and the observational values for primordial Li abundance and reaction rate. To solve this problem, M. Pospelov has recently suggested to take into account the effect of using a negatively-charged particle in the calculations, which might be also a possible solution of Li magnitude/abundance problem in BBN. In this study, we have calculated the S-factor and the reaction rates for 3He(4He,γ)7Li system by using the optical model and these results are in very good agreement with the results of sbbn prediction. after that, we have included the effect of a negatively-charged particle for 3He(4He,γ)7Li reaction and have investigated the S-factor and reaction rates. This effect have shown that the magnitude of the reaction rate for 3He(4He, γ)7Li system has been increased 8 or 9 order, which is in a better agreement with the observational value.
