Nuclear structure at intermediate energies. Progress report, April 1, 1977--March 31, 1978

Work in intermediate-energy physics is summarized. The emphasis was on data acquisition and analysis; significant improvements in detector technology, data capture programs, and system hardware resulted in improvements in data collection. Much of the work summarized here has been reported at scientific meetings and/or prepared for publication. The topics presented are the following: two-nucleon physics, three-nucleon physics, several-nucleon physics, theory, instrumentation, and applied physics. 26 figures, 4 tables
