Description
The formation processes of primary chromosomal aberrations and the dose-effect relationship between the rate of the various type of abnormalities and the absorbed dose are summarized, and an indication is given of the specific advantages of the use of lymphocyte chromosome aberrations as biological dosemeters (sensitivity about 15 rems, post-irradiation survival of dicentrics)

Apres un rappel du processus de formation des lesions chromosomiques primaires et de la relation dose-effet liant la frequence des differents types d'anomalies a la dose absorbee, on montre les avantages particuliers de l'utilisation des aberrations chromosomiques des lymphocytes comme dosimetre biologique (sensibilite de l'ordre de 15 rems, persistance des dicentriques)Additional details
