Effects of an extra gauge boson in e+e-→W+W- with polarized beams

Description
We compute the differential and total cross sections and asymmetries for the process e+e-→W+W- with polarized and unpolarized beams, in the context of extensions of the standard model with one extra gauge boson, Z'. The measurement of these quantities can help in discriminating among different models. In particular, it would provide an independent determination on the Z-Z' mixing angle and give hints on the possible existence of a second extra boson. (orig.)
