Description

A study of prompt gamma-rays, induced by pulsed 14-MeV neutrons, for the analysis of elements of organic interest such as C, N and O is presented. Special attention is devoted to the reduction of time-correlated background through the utilization of the two parameter data acquisition and analysis system. The results have yielded important information regarding background reduction
