Fluctuations of longitudinal development of EAS according to measurements of Cherenkov light

Measurements of fluctuations of EAS longitudinal development according to measurements of Cherenkov light are conducted by means of Yakutsk facility. Data on distribution of particle number in maximum of EAS development and on their fluctuations depending on energy of primary particle as well as data on fluctuation distributions of maximum depth of EAS development are presented. It is shown that experimental data on fluctuations of EAS longitudinal development contradict model of scaling and give evidence in favour of models which make allowance for increase of interaction cross section and of inelasticity coefficient of the leading nucleon with increase of primary energy
