Description

Magnetic measurements have played an important role in understanding the unusual behavior of high-Tc superconductors. In several high-Tc cuprates, enhanced flux pinning is observed after a certain external magnetic field. Using commercial SQUID magnetometer isothermal magnetic hysteresis measurements on a twin free DyBa2Cu2O7 single crystal has been performed and observed the fishtail effect in the M-H loop
