Neutron yields and dosimetry for Be(d,n) and Li(d,n) neutron sources at E/sub d/ = 40 MeV
Description
Time-of-flight measurements are reported for the thick-target neutron yields from the Be(d,n) and Li(d,n) reactions over an angular range of 0-900 at a deuteron energy of 40 MeV. Foil activation measurements are also described for the Be(d,n) reaction. A dosimetry technique based on these measurements is discussed
