Experiences from managing of the investment process of a 400 kV high voltage line 'Bitola - Skopje 4' (Macedonia)

This article displays the experience acquired in the Electrical Power Co. Macedonia in realization of the 400 kV high voltage line 'Bitola - Skopje 4' construction project, in the period from the forming of the idea up to the beginning of the construction works. Depending upon the degree of realization of the project, the experience is presented in several stages which are separate wholes with a logic sequence and a mutual inter-connection. All presented experiences were realized in accordance with valid regulations of Republic Macedonia and the rules and criteria of the European bank for reconstruction and development from London.
