Description

Methods of physicochemical analysis in TlInS2-TlErS2 system were used to establish the regions of TlErS2 base solid solutions with extent of up to 8.0 mol % TlErS2 at 530 K and one compound of Tl2InErS4 composition. It is shown that alloys are single-phase in concentration range of 0-8 mol % TlErS2. Alloys become two-phase with successive increase of TlErS2 content
